Excellent in all respects. Estimate provided promptly and most competitive. Scheduling was easy. Work team arrived right on time, provided work even beyond the estimate description and left our yard and driveway cleaner than when they arrived!
NorthBay were the only roofing company to respond in a timely manner, be planned enough to put me on their schedule and be able to meet that commitment 100%. Their price was reasonable, and they executed a beautiful job.
It would've been helpful if you were able to show me pictures of the work that was done, especially around the base of the swamp cooler. From what I could see thru windows, the bolting down of the flashing looked very good, but several of the original nails had not been made flush with the flashing. I also would like to have known how many comp tiles had to be replaced. (It's difficult for me to get onto the roof to see things first-hand.) The workers were very nice to deal with.

Northbay dudes were thorough, communicative, polite. Felt very comfortable with three people on my roof. My only hedge is that some gutter gunk got into my one-month-old air-conditioning unit. I would have been happy to have covered it, but didn't think about it and wasn't advised by Northbay that I should. It'll have to have the top plate removed so it can be vacuumed out.
Absolutely the best! All the way through my new roof, Northbay's communication, attention to detail, and professionalism was top notch. I have and will continue to only recommend Northbay for roof repairs or replacements. Huge thank you to Kaitlyn, Bianca, Damien and the hardworking crew on site for taking care of my family's home!
The roofing crew stripped off the old and laid down the new -- with larger drainage holes and downspouts. The roof looks great; now we'll see how the increased drainage works during the first major storm --if we every have one. The new gutters and downspouts were installed quickly and look very nice. The color matches our home's trim exactly and we're very pleased with that. Again, waiting for that rain test! We won't need new roofing more gutters for years, but we'll certainly refer friends to North Bay for their roofin... read more
