I first went to them when they were Main Street Vet in Mill Creek, then they merged with these folks. Obviously, based on the other reviews they're the same vets doing the same thing. I went in for a well puppy check after adopting my precious Bosco, & after waiting 20 minutes they rushed me back, looked at him briefly, & made me wait while they prepared a very expensive recommendation of several things that they felt were needed. My husband and I moved to Lynnwood last year, and needed to find a new vet. Reading reviews online, we decided to try out Northpointe. At first, I thought the Ultimate Care Plan was a great bonus, so we decided to do it. If you have a puppy, it might be worth the price. However, any other circumstance, you are just wasting your money. Because we signed a year contract, we stayed with them. This place is ALL about the upsell. Honestly, if I had the time to find another vet for my dog, I would! The one vet I did like, who actually properly diagnosed my dog's issue left. I wish I knew where he went and when I asked, they told me he wasn't going to practice vet medicine anymore? Lies! Who goes all the way through vet school just to give it up (I'm not saying it doesn't happen, I just doubt it). They just didn't want to lose any business.
