As soon as you come in the staff is welcoming and the lounge is neat/clean. I was worried about bringing in Kiki because she's only had few visits before. The LVT was more then patient when it came to making Kiki feel comfortable and safe. Dr. McLaughlin was also VERY patient; for Kiki is iffy about males. He took his time, answered all of our questions, and went over the treatment plan very well. By the time Kiki and I left her anxiety farts had stopped and I believe she will be better prepared for her next visit because of... read more
