Every one I've dealt with is kind and very excited to see my dog Beaker! The Vet and Vet tech helped to me get set up on their yearly plan! For a new puppy this is awesome as it includes all of his shots, unlimited office visits and other perks! Northpointe is conveniently located and the office is always clean! I love bringing my dog here! Thank you Northpointe for helping me get my new family member through his first year!

I had a very positive experience here yesterday for my dog's first visit. They fit us in on a moment's notice in a time-critical situation and were polite and professional. No sense of high-pressure up sell and my dog got what he needed without any distress. Recommended.

I'm honestly surprised that there are any negative reviews for this vet clinic. We have been clients for a few years now, and I can't believe the high level of quality care and customer service we have received. We are always treated kindly, shown to a room promptly, given all available options for care and payment, and then left alone to make the decision that is best for us. I really respect the folks who work at this veterinary hospital. They really care about you and your pet. They are professional and knowledgeable and the facility is well equipped with onsite blood analysis machines, ultrasound and digital x-ray. Dr. Shearer does very thorough exams and really takes the time to explain what is going on with your pet and what your options are with compassion and understanding. Their preventive health care packages are quite reasonable too. I highly recommend Northpointe Animal Hospital.

I feel so lucky to have found such a great Veterinary office. Everyone is so friendly, helpful and knowledgeable and always take the best care of golden retriever. They go out of their way to make time to see her and answer my questions. they make us feel like family.

I LOVE this animal Hospital! They took excellent, compassionate care of my dear old Spencer, my ancient Lhasa Apso. When the time came for me to let my sweet old dog go, the kindness and support of the staff was amazing.. Thanks so much for the great care, both of me and of my long time beloved pet.

The only reason I went to Northpointe was because my usual vet wasn't in that day and I was desperate to get my cat to any vet at all, and this one happened to be the closest one. I'm very happy with how they took care of my cat, Jasper, and the price for all the work they did on him came in a lot lower than I honestly expected. The doctor seemed to love animals, which to me is definitely a good sign (a lot of vets I've seen really don't, sadly. We recently moved the Lynnwood and needed a Veterinarian close to our home and found Northpointe. We've taken both our geriatric cat and dog to the clinic and have been extremely pleased with the level of service and compassion of the doctors, techs, and staff. We fully intend to continue having our pets' healthcare handled there.
