We have been going here for years and I'm relieved to finally say we've moved on. All this place cares about is money and even when you've spent thousands and thousands of dollars they treat you like garbage. They have a different excuse every time, will not listen to clients, and I have realized it's all for any way they can squeeze more out of you. Do not go to this vet. Be very careful with their bills, hidden charges. According to the vet here, I was informed that our dog Star's ALT level is high, based on his blood test and they wanted to retest after giving him some supplements for 2 weeks. We asked very upfront how much the blood test was going to be before we scheduled the next blood test to retest and we were told it was 20 dollars plus taxes, no need doctor visit or anything else. Horrible experience! Aside from the fact that the staff feel less than engaging, they have made my puppy very sick. We have a very strict protocol to not give our dog more than one vaccine every six weeks. I called recently to make an appointment for my dog's rabies vaccine and scheduled the visit. When we took him they had curbside pickup so they go over the information outside and the staff person was wearing a mask and it was next to impossible to hear. Had been taking my dogs here for a over a year and they continually mess up having my prescriptions sent to the pharmacy of my choosing. Recently, the last straw was when they chose to lie to my husband about its availability and my preferences so that he would be tricked into purchasing the medications from their office instead. They didn't tell me I could buy saline for my dying kitty at Costco for $42 a box of 12 but instead charged me an arm and leg for 1 bag , nor did they mention I can get medications from Thrive with a prescription instead paying obscene amount of money for the same thing they prescribed. Or I can get kidney food at Chewy with a prescription for more reasonable prices then their products. Just finished a phone call with Northpointe Animal Hospital. I was attempting to get a ballpark estimate for a surgical procedure on my dog. I have all notes and cytology lab reports from sonographer for vet to reference. However, they are not interested unless I bring my pet in for an unnecessary vet visit first. It appears this Animal Hospital places value on $$$ before pet wellness.
Your customer service is tge worst!!!! My husband was on the phone, dealing with an emergency with his son. There was a phone call on the other line that said, Restricted. After he was done with his phone call, he called that number. So he returned to the clinic. The little kid receptionist, started bitching to my husband that they don't run a doggy daycare and she should charge him $40! My husband explained to her and she just kept on going! worst customer service . they will only give you good service if you're willing to shell out the big bucks. Will charge you for every little thing. If you're not paying that much they barely pay attention to you. Also there's a charge for not showing up to your appointment and they will purposely not remind you to charge you the fee.
