I love Dr. Stacia and the rest of the technicians and receptionists. They are stellar! I can’t say the same of my experience with Dr. Simone Stewart. She was insensitive, insulting, arrogant, overly defensive to the point of being aggressive and completely unprofessional. She has maybe two years of experience and seems to practice as if she quite nearly knows it all. She encouraged unnecessary surgical procedures for two of my dogs, where as a more conservative veterinarian would not have suggested them. My dog was bitte... read more

I have taken my dogs here for years and it was wonderful when Dr. Hall was still around. I am not sure what has happened, but the past 2 visits have been not good. I was given a surgery estimate then told when my dog went for surgery that the estimate I got was wrong and I would have to pay almost $200 more than what they originally told me. We took our 10 month old kitten here because he was having alot of problems with his ears because our regular vet couldn't get him in for a few days. After being highly recommended we decided to try Dr. Stacia. After we were put in a room the Vet Technician came into the room, she then took Q-Tips and was digging into our Cats ears hard enough to were she was bending the Q-Tip. patience with the pet owners. they have a bigger bond with their animals than any vet or tech . and when they ask questions dont be a smart ass twards them. it's a member of their family not yours.

I called Northside yesterday regarding my puppy whom had severe swelling in his paw. I was advised to call them at 8 am this morning and they would work him in. Last night he got worse so I took him to Rivertown emergency and turns out he was bit by a snake. They did all the work up on him and told me to follow up with my regular vet in 2 days. Go straight to Auburn if your pet has an emergency situation. You won’t be able to get into this vet clinic and you can walk right in at Auburn Vet Clinic. They will be waiting for you and your pet. Call Auburn at 334-844-4690.
We have been taking our dogs here for two years and the service is from bad to worse. They don’t have enough staff and you are obligated to wait outside for an hour or more. If they don’t have enough staff why they book that amount of Pets? Also we boarded our boxers and one of them came back with diarrhea for a couple of day. RecommendedI took my really old chihuahua here for a second opinion about what I was already pretty sure was a collapsed trachea. The last vet gave her cough medicine and I knew the treatment should involve steroids. This vet listened to me and charged me a lot less than the last vet and gave a much more thorough examination. This place has been treating my family’s pets since I was a kid, I even volunteered there one summer, and now that I live in the area again this is the only vet for me!!
