Go straight to Auburn if your pet has an emergency situation. You won’t be able to get into this vet clinic and you can walk right in at Auburn Vet Clinic. They will be waiting for you and your pet. Call Auburn at 334-844-4690.

We have been taking our dogs here for two years and the service is from bad to worse. They don’t have enough staff and you are obligated to wait outside for an hour or more. If they don’t have enough staff why they book that amount of Pets? Also we boarded our boxers and one of them came back with diarrhea for a couple of day. I took my really old chihuahua here for a second opinion about what I was already pretty sure was a collapsed trachea. The last vet gave her cough medicine and I knew the treatment should involve steroids. This vet listened to me and charged me a lot less than the last vet and gave a much more thorough examination. This place has been treating my family’s pets since I was a kid, I even volunteered there one summer, and now that I live in the area again this is the only vet for me!!

I just wanted to say thank you for taking oscar the baby bird I found in the street. I know he's in good hands. They care for every living creature.If they can care for a baby bird I found in the street imagine what they would do for your animal.

My dog was seen there almost two weeks ago for mobility issues. Vet wanted to wait for lab results to determine pain/arthritis med to use. She called me next day with the results and suggested med and price. I found it on 1800petmeds for $50 less and ordered it and they still haven't approved it. When i called all i got told by the receptionist was that she'd check the fax. My sweet old fella paces back and forth because he is uncomfortable. I have finally gotten fed up with rude people on the phone and behind the front desk. They need a class on customer service. I go there for help and guidance but have not gotten any in the past few months with my 2 fur babies. I don't need sarcastic remarks, to be made stupid or not letting me know when something is in my best interest concerning my babies. I will take my business elsewhere, sadly after many years.

office staff is very rude and unprofessional. Them young people getting a paycheck working there just don't give a damn about the clients that have been with the same vet for 20+ years. Dr Hall would not have allowed the rudeness of of his staff. sadly he is not there anymore. I'll take my babies somewhere else from today on.

Recently my mom and I took her large dog in because he was very sick and weak. We were given a diagnosis of end of life due to a large mass that appeared on the X-ray. We were then told that an ultrasound would be definitive but not necessary because he wouldn’t be able to withstand surgery due to age and arthritis.
