I was not going to write a review on what happened to my dog their but something happened this last week and it brought back a lot of bad memories. I was using northside when it was sold and my dog Rowdy was a Samoyed and had diabetes was blind for over a year. I was told by the vet I was seeing that his thyroid wasn't working right and was taken off his insulin and put on meds for his thyroid. After using them for a number of years, we moved to another veterinary clinic not long after Hank Hall retired and sold the clinic. We were also crazy about Dr. Clardy but it became almost impossible to see him. Every time we went, we saw someone different. Then they stopped their walk-in policy. Trying to work with that, I called on a Monday with a sick animal and was told we couldn’t be seen until Friday. That was the straw that broke the camel’s back. I have been using them for 20+ years and today I went to take my sick kitty and was turned away because they no longer take walkins .... I understand change but any compassionate vet would never turn a sick animal away!
The treated me and my dog unfairly..they pulled teeth that they wasn't suppose too..they said my dog had cancer before doing a biospy..they said she had cancer in her jaw,beyond eye and sinuses..did no x-rays before saying this..I had to get vet to get sample to confirm..gave her predisone that was it.dr kingberry said she had 3 weeks at that..did not call about results from biospy..I told them something was also wrong with her eye..did not check it..took to another vet she had a cornea ulcer and was put on antibiotics..all ... read more

It was my 1st time in there I’ve been waiting sitting there like 2 hours and skipping my turns twice ! It wasn’t energy anything like that ! Very annoying I wouldn’t recommend any vet owners here.
I've taken my dog here before when our regular vet couldn't get her in. Brought her here today since their website said they closed at 6. We arrived at 536 to be turned away. How about posting somewhere the cut off time for walkins
