Wow! This clinic has REALLY gone downhill since Dr Hank Hall retired.....very rude staff.....unhelpful and disorganized!
I've been going to Northside for over 20 years with all my pets. And have never thought of going any place else with my pet care. Until now, I was just there this past Friday (2/16) having all 3 of my dogs bathed. And included with the cost of those baths they are suppose to have nails clipped and ears cleaned. I'm sorry and disappointed to say that the condition of all of there ears shows nothing was done to clean them. I've since cleaned them myself and will think twice before I pay for services that I'm told were done but... read more

Our 2nd visit was horrible. My dog went in for the 2nd dose of his flu vaccine and was serviced by a technician ( I didn't got her name). My dog is from Philippines and was basically a rescue dog, I bought him off the street when he was a pup. I moved to US and had to leave him for a year, but I promised to be back for him. I know that my dog is not very friendly, he was tied up his entire life and was a guard dog living outdoor (rain or shine), he used to be ok with other dogs (he got 2 smaller siblings - shih tzu & pom) ... read more

My review is for Dr White at Northside.. we did not have a good experience with her however we've loved Dr Brown and Dr Clardy. We will be sure to request them when we return.. My husband took our dog in last week because he woke up on Thursday morning and we noticed he could not move one of his eyes. When we brought him in Dr White gave him meds for an ear infection and said there was pressure in the eye and it should go down. The office manager is rude and likes to call people stupid and talk over them while they try to explain there finacial situation. Other than that the dr's are awesome and do wonderful work. They need to fire that office manager or teacher her some customer service skills.
"Never had a problem boarding my dog there before" Dr Hall has always been great with my dog. Last visit I has was with White as well. My dog is the sweetest thing on earth and she and her staff had issues giving vaccinations. I have even boarded him before. She put a note on his file instantly labeling him as being aggressive. Made Appt to have him boarded there for this weekend and they turned me away because of that note. Not happy with the way my boy was vetted the last time I took him!
I want to start by saying that we have taken our pets to Northside for years and absolutely love Dr. Hall. The staff has always been amazing with us. However, after what happened the last time we visited, I felt compelled to write a review. I hope and pray it spares another family (and furbaby) from experiencing what we did.
