I like coming in without an appointment. My cat had trouble pooping and I knew it had gotten bad when I took him in. After a lecture on fiber from one dr, then one week later a dr checked him and said there was no blockage by feeling him, home again I went with my poor cat that I knew was beyond fiber, yogurt etc. finally after sleepless nights I took him back and got a dr that listened. Worst clinic. Dr. Thorson should have his license pulled. We took our dog in there on Saturday because he was coughing up blood and his stool was black. We showed up at 1030am, only to be told, without running bloodwork, that my dog was fine, he just had whip worm. Gave us medicine and sent us on our way. Over night my dog formed bruises so we rushed him to Auburn where they took him from our arms, drew blood and found out he had anemia and his red blood cells were attacking his red blood cells. Took my dead PUP for an autopsy after they overdosed the entire litter with pheno barbital for large dogs and now they claimed that it was lost. Been doing business with them ever since they opened for business and this is the second dog that has been killed by them. Dr. Thorsen killed this one and Dr. Hall killed the first one. See them in court !!!

Wow, where to start? Last week, Keiko got some gloomy news from our local vet with no hope of a good outcome. Looking for a second opinion, I drove to Columbus GA to visit Dr. Hank Hall... since then, the outlook has done a complete 180! In three days, we made two trips down to Northside Animal Hospital where they utilized blood tests, x-rays, and a team of 4 doctors with over 100 years of combined experience to figure out exactly what was wrong with my baby. I have always loved bringing my 4 pets to this clinic and have ben very happy with the care received up until today. Saturdays are always very busy, which I knew, and waited patiently for over an hour. When we got called back (not even to a room, to the back by the kennels) the tech treated us as burden, and spoke to us in a rude manner, even leaning down and telling my dog that "your mommies should have gotten up before 11:30 to bring you". If you have even the slightest bit of love for your pet I would suggest you treat them yourself before you take them to northside. We had a litter of puppies that we took there while we were at work so they would have someone to care for them and every puppy died under their care from "dying puppy syndrome"? Right! I also had a dog die at the emergency ver and when I told them what northside had done to care for the dog the emergency vet told me that her death was due directly to what northside had done.
