We rented from them for over 8 years. I have nothing, but great things to say. They always respond, and we got all our security deposit back. At least they did a preinspection with us. We recommend them to everyone. Saying anything bad about NRB is plain silly. We are happy.
Randy and his team have given me the best service. They are prompt to let me know of any issues with our properties. They are easy to reach and quick to respond to any questions or requests. They have an excellent service team. I am so lucky to have stumbled across them. I have tried to manage my own properties and now I wonder why. NRB takes the headache out of owning rental properties and they are so much more affordable than other property management services. Thank you NRB.
Lived in a home managed by these guys for three years. We had a hot water tank die on us. Fixed the same day. Fridge go out. Owner replaced for us next day. I have referred my friends to them. Their online system is great. I could go on and on. Move out was a breeze. I bought my first house! Otherwise, I would still be renting from NRB!

Angel handled our application with speed and maintained communication throughout the whole process; insuring I was aware of what was happening. During our move in inspection Nash's attention to detail on the move-in inspection facilitated a quick move-in, allowing my family to focus on other task. Overall a great team that has their customer's interest in mind.

I really enjoyed meeting the agent at the house. I was a bit late, but at least they waited for me. I was able to get into a house. Thank goodness it was vacant. Anyway, much better people to deal with compared to this landlord I am moving from. They have always responded to me pretty quick.
I just moved out a month ago, and have nothing but good things to say. I did the best I could on cleaning and carpet cleaning with a company they recommended. They found some other carpet issues and light bulbs were out. They let me know and it made sense to me. During our stay in the house, it was easy on their site, and paying rent was all done online. I have nothing, but good things to say about this company. They did a great job for us.
