I cannot say enough great things about NRB Property Management! They are professional, punctual and will take care of every aspect of your property and it's management. I recommend that you stop searching and call them right away. You'll be glad that you did!

I have nothing but good things to say about NRB. They were prompt, professional, helpful and flexible. We didn't have any issues with our property, but any time we had a question, it was answered right away. We were home owners prior to renting with NRB, and they performed more like realtors than property managers. I would highly recommend them to renters and landlords alike!

We had called some other companies and received ZERO call backs. We called NRB one time, and they answered the phone! We called on a SUNDAY! We relocated with the Military and they got us into a house in two days. Pretty impressive! We cannot thank them enough! Great company to work with!

I have been cleaning carpets for NRB for over five years now. They always send me to very nice new upscale homes after everything has been cleaned and fixed up. Not your average landlord for sure. Nash, Randy and Brian have been a pleasure to work with over the years. So whether you are the tenant or the owner I recommend NRB Properties.

I recently contacted Brian Alarcon at NRB on a listing he had after having poor luck with "auto responders" from other agents. I have never received such incredible customer service! Brian responded to me within minutes. But this isn't where it ends. Brian has gone out of his way to obtain information on properties SPECIFIC to my needs, to communicate and follow up - even after hours. NRB Property Management is such an amazing company. My family and I have never once had an issue with their staff. Nash is such a caring person and will take the time to help you when you are in a tough situation. They have a great thing going for them and they treat their customers with respect. Every time I call into the office they answer their phone and are ready to help! I recommend them if you are looking to rent or even rent out your property!

We called other realty companies and these guys are the only ones who picked up; the other companies didn't even get back to us. Not only that, but they ran out to show us the property we were interested in right then and there. Randy's help and going the extra mile for us is truly appreciated. I own a triplex in Tacoma and these guys offer everything I was looking for in a Property Management Firm. They promptly fill my units, keep the tenants happy, and provide the perfect balance between maintaining my property while avoiding needless spending. I highly recommend NRB.

We had a great experience with NRB. They are professional and communicate pretty well. We heard some horror stories about management companies, but they sure proved that wrong. Randy took his time at our house, and we would recommend them to anyone!
