Probably the most terrible experience I have ever had with a rental property company. The HOA is a complete joke. Don't ever rent from them.
DO NOT rent from them. they have horrible management, if you have issues with the property you are renting or if there is something wrong with your home they do not keep track of the problem and will not fix it. we had a sewer back up in our house it completely flooded our bedroom and the whole down stairs and we let them know right away and the landlord as well, we had the septic cleaned out from the last person who lived there, the pipes were broke which was because of the landlord. Please DO NOT rent from them. Not only do they lack management skills, they do not abide by WA state laws. And with all honesty, they have been the absolute worst dealing with tenant issues and the property.
