Owning a home can be a tough task in itself, but when you add not being in the same state while renting it out, things can get tricky! NRB never once lead me astray or let me down in any aspect of my agreement with them. NRB always was on top of notifying me when anything, good or bad, happened with me home and always provided a solution as soon as they presented the issue. In December of 2013 I contacted NRB Managment after doing an extensive online review. My research had given implications that this company was professionally ran and balanced what is fair and right, and legal, for both the owner and tenant. Comparatively they had less complaints or bad reviews. I had the joy of being an owner with NRB, and as I looked for a place to live I knew there was one company Imcould trust to be prompt, fair, and empathetic. NRB Managment. I needed a place to move into quick, and within a certain price point and location. NRB was able to point me to the exact property that met all my conditions within about 5 minutes. I have been helping NRB clean out vacant properties for a little over a year. NRB takes pride in how their properties look for new tenants moving in on each home. As a Homeowner of a very nice propery in Orting Washington, I was very hesitant to entertain renting out my home. I had a close friend that recommended NRB, and I must say it was the best experience I could have hoped for. After we met, and did a walkthrough, they listed the home, and within 7 days, I had 4 applications on the home. They secured a wonderful tennant, that took incredible care of my home. I read these reviews from tenants moving out of their rentals. We rented from NRB for years, and the move out process was easy. We actually cleaned our unit and were told, on the spot, how nice it was. We got back all of our security deposit. All I see is tenants whining about being held accountable. Truly unfortunate. We found NRB to be above board and easy to call and discuss anything with them. Great company to rent from!

We rented from NRB for two years. We have referred others to them as well. Maintenance was handled quickly. Randy was always there to help us if we had questions on anything. Great company.

To read the comments below from recent move outs, I am stunned. They were a great company to deal with, and we have no issues when we moved out. I would think these comments below were from people not doing what they should. NRB took care of us better than that last company we worked with, and it was not even close. They have nice homes too.

I have switched to NRB to have my property managed since May 2014; since then, I have nothing but praise and satisfaction from the courtesy and professional services received from them! I have worked with Randy and Lana. I could not be happier with prompt return messages and progresses we have made since I had signed on.
