This pm company has the worst customer service! They would never return my calls or emails when they said they would. I got the run around on multiple occasions and was even quoted misinformation numerous times! I will never associate with this company again! I wish I would have read more of the reviews before dealing with them.

If i could rate them a zero i would... i rented from them for 3 years and they always had a hard time returning calls.. and when doing a walk through when moving in make sure you mark everything. They will still try charging uou for previous damagae... we had damage on the move in sheet and they still charged us for it... would never rent from them again. Horrible customer service.

I have NO idea what the heck happened to my previous review?? I, first, had a comment for the Tipster. Being a fellow business owner, I get sick and tired of "keyboard warriors". You obviously have no idea about this company. Probably just a tenant who lost part or all of their security deposit for not doing what they were supposed to. I contacted NRB regarding a property posted for lease (available in 11 days - 4/7/2015) and to schedule a showing. When Tiffany picked up the call, I was told that I could see the property on the following Monday morning at 10AM ONLY (no inquiry as to when it would be convenient for me to view the property)! The reason - Their tenant was still occupying the house and the time was the only one convenient for them and NRB! This is a very dishonest and unorganized company. All the negative reviews are correct. I took them to small claims court and won judgment that they are still making it a hassle to collect. Make me sick to see on of their rental signs up in my neighborhood. DO NOT rent or hire this company!

The communication is horrible. If you are late on your rent for any reason they threaten to kick you and your family with a 3 day pay or vacate taped to your door, on top of charging outrageous late fees. They do this as a " way to get your attention" to call them. You would think a 10 percent rent late fee is enough but on top come the threats with out the homeowners even authorizing the 3 day. My husband and kids just moved out and left the house free of debris and just the basic house cleaning and painting needed to be do... read more

"Warning" see all the recent ratings for this company. ALL Negative. They do not run a business that will be around for much longer. Be AWARE. completely tried to take advantage of my family. Court will decide the outcome.
