I will never understand how u can get units confused. I had to call police department snd fill out a police report for a robbery. It took you all 4 days to realize your mistake. This was very traumatic for me. I lost a day of work snd nights of crying and going thru a depression. Only to find out that all my things were still in the unit. Well, when I got there to storage all my personal belongings the unit was a mess completely dirty from the previous renter (I have pictures) I have to clean the unit my self and I think that is not appropriate also the floor has a big crack right in the middle of the room and I am afraid bugs will show up from underneath! Thanks for your concern!

RAT FECES & “Insurance” Scam have photos and videos of rat feces and damage done to my property that are SO bad, Irvine Self Storage is doing everything they can to keep them from Google reviews and social media...your unit and your belongings could be next, avoid this place like the bubonic plague, which you could get here as it is on the rise in California and carrier by rats, which there are plenty of at this place... I got my storage unit in late March and by April 13 2021 my unit had already been broken into and my stuff got stolen.

I'm writing one in tulsa Oklahoma but I know personally it's company policy across states. They will Auction your belongings off for being 1 MONTH late. Then when you try to make a payment arrangement with the area manager they blow you off again I know they do it. Life happens. 1 month late and they auction, cut your locks, charge you another $75 for lein fee, then you gotta buy a new lock on top on it. 30 days, 1 month, is now their policy to sell your belongings

The 2 ladies that helped me in the begining were great but my second trip i had broken a chair so i fixed it while i was storing it so it was good to go when i needed it well i had my storage door cracked because it was super hot and muggy out that day... a lil while i was in the storage and i get this LOUD bang on the door to where i then drop the chair and broke it worse i walk out side and the lady was very short and rude when very close to yelling to me " YOU CANT SHUT YOUR DOOR BECAUSE WE CANT SEE WHAT YOU ARE DOING ... read more
