We went for a smaller unit just to do business with this place. I will never use another storage place. Kristi has gone above and beyond what’s expected for Customer service. It was her great attitude and caring personality that made us choose to go with this place

Perform your Due Diligence re theft and vandalism before renting here. Placed my RV in this storage a few weeks ago. Suffered vandalism right off the bat. Check the Peoria Police Activity records for this property address (18900 N 107th Ave, Sun City, AZ 85373) to evaluate for yourself. The Peoria Police phone number is (623) 773-8311. The activity of theft and criminal damage revealed in the police incident search was not disclosed when signing the rental agreement.
I’m your tenant at 115-A & I have two other units Your plaza is practically empty and quite honestly it’s because your management is horrible I’ve had my tax business fir 26 years and I run I’ve office from your plaza Bathroom is always filthy. Management doesn’t care abs completely ignores requests abs when we complain he locks it up and states you’re having a water issue each time

I have been renting storage for years here 1. too frequent rate increases 2. unnecessary $15.00 Administrative Fees 3. always paid in time and locked out of premises with no rent adjustments and no apologies 4. no sense of appreciation to the customer

False advertising, was told no truck can be rented out due to covid, yet when i was on the website, it was displayed in big bold letters "FREE TRUCK". Then i was given the wrong unit. They lady was rude and the over all experience was horrible.
