. My experience with the storage place was very messed up I had identity theft done on my name and social and I they told me they could not rent to me that I was on the do not rent list because somebody used my name with the stolen credit card and it was not me I've never owned a storage before this was my first experience with trying to get one and I really did hate it they made me feel cheated
I am surprised not to find any negative reviews since i know i submitted one myself.
Pésimo servicio al cliente.
Estoy tratando de contactarme con el almacén de CAGUAS con un representante que hable español y el sistema me transfiere afuera, a USA. Eso hace que el servicio al cliente sea pésimo. Si quieren hacer negocios en PR, deben de tener teléfonos en PR y con representantes que hablen español. Insatisfecha con su servicio. No los recomiendo.
A new customer and was there to rent me a storage space, I got there 15 minutes before closing time and i guess thats a no no! Should probably place that on line when they show the hours of operation. The attendant was more interested in getting out of the office at closing time than he was getting me served, kept complaining that they didn’t pay overtime and he needed time to finish his paperwork!
