Went in to claim my reservation and before I was finished with my lease agreement I turned around and walked out. Â

after getting signed up and shown my storage unit i went and brought back stuff and my code was NOT entered so couldn't get in called the next day and they told me number had not been put in then when i went in next day there was a lock NOT my lock so again i couldn't put stuff in.so again had to callÂ
I quess 3 rate increases in 3 yrs kinda turned me against keeping me of renting any longerÂ

Multiple price increases within a year. No need to continue to raise prices on storage units. Prices are too high.Â

Fine until insurance was added with opt out instead of opt in and then an increase in rent. What started as 130 a couple of years before was then 200. Not worth the cost.Â
New office people are MUCH BETTER than the ones a year ago when I first rented the unit. My unit was full of sand and dust and it appeared to have had water leak into it. How severe, I don't know. My unit was an end unit and the wall on the end was where the leaking occurred. I reccomend not storing anything you wouldn't want to get damaged.Â
Storage unit was fine. Customer Service needs work. Manager had a short temper at times. Poor bedside manners.Â
