Friendliness of management was great and property was well kept, however, there was such a sense of urgency created that I felt pressured to rent a week before I was ready in fear of losing the unit I needed. They refused to refund me for a same day cancellation. The manager Asia refused to let me speak, when I tried to explain what happened. Keep the money, clearly ya’ll hard up. Do not recommend using if there is even a slight possibility of a change in plans.

The person working there is great. But I hadn’t checked one of my units in 6 months and when I opened it I found mouse poop all over everything. We had to transfer everything to another unit and clean mouse urine off everything. We were lucky that most everything was covered, but I had an upholstered chair that was ruined. My bad rating is because the attendant told me they had a pest infestation and I wasn’t called at the time.

Paid 1st month penny was not even one month and being charged and harassed. Got mine on 4-20 should be due on 5-20 and was forced to pay by being threatened by Lauren. She needs to be replaced. She got attitude with me about it. Plan to move my stuff from there and go somewhere else.

I am sleeping on the floor right now. My bed was never set up neither was my dresser. Every thing was left in the middle of the floor and we have to find someone and pay them to set up my bed.

I thought is was counterproductive to not allow people in to sign there documents with a mask on due to Covid-19 but, the girl came outside and stood right next to me so I could sign them. What would've of made more sense was for her to let me in, since I had a mask on, leave the documents on the counter for me to sign, while she remained behind the desk hence, still being in compliance with the 6 ft. social distancing requirements. Just my thoughts.

I needed a storage with drive-up access that could also accommodate FedEx shipments. I was given a unit six doors down from the main entrance on the left side that’s easy for a delivery driver to find, and was allowed to use my corporate supervisor’s Credit card to pay for the unit, even though he was not on the premises. I appreciate businesses that can be flexible and accommodate the needs of the client!

I have 3 units at the banning site I have paid more $$ for same size unit and they have taken late fees only cash and I pay with my card none of the receipt notices or the 2 employees stories match also they are sending different notices to 2 different Gmail's my first 5x10 iv had for 2 years they have received payment every month but twice late iv paid up and they keep telling me I didn't pay only late iv asked for corporate## and they refuse this is being reported
