Starting with the courteous receptionist when first walking in that day she presented herself in a positive, professional manner. I also appreciated the cleanliness of the waiting room and examination rooms. A special thanks to Dr. Brisman for taking the time to discuss my issues and he was very professional. Dr. Brisman is great and very straight forward.
After an auto accident while I was in an ER in Nassau County DR Birk was notified by the hospital he had done a surgery on me 2 yrs earlier. He sent his PA to Nassau to read the reports and has me transferred that day to Mather hospital for emergency surgery. And amazing caring man. 100% recommend .
Dr. Birk was efficient but also well prepared. He explained my condition in terms I could understand and instilled confidence that he was will-suited to the task.
Dr. Birk performed emergency spine surgery on me last month. I had no previous neck, back, or spine problems. There was no time for me to research doctors, ask friends and family, read reviews, etc… Instead, I met him when in agony, just before the decision was made for surgery.
