I love how attentive they are walking me through every step. The customer service is off the charts amazing. Offering drinks while I wait in the comfort of my car is a huge reason I always choose Oil Stop! All employees are so courteous and have the best manners. Literally LOVE coming here! Leo and Anthony were awesome! They are the best! They are considerate, thoughtful, I don't feel pressure to do any of the services, the team is so friendly to customers and to each other. This place is reliable! I got an oil change, power steering, automatic transmission, coolant, and 4WD! I need to make sure my car is ready for a few upcoming road trips as my car is getting a little bit older. I highly recommend getting your car serviced here!
I typically hate getting oil changes. (Maybe hate is a too strong of a word, but I definitely make a proactive effort to put them off as long as reasonably possible). However, this place is great! The staff are super nice, efficient, and honest. Although they do try to upsell a few services here and there, they were very transparent in terms of what was a recommendation vs what was actually needed. These folks have always been great whenever I've brought them one of my cars. Just an FYI for you folks out there with lower sports cars, you should check them out if you're not changing your own oil. My previous Mustang was quite low on static suspension and it was serviceable here. The team has always been friendly, not pushy about products, but also willing to give reasons why they recommend additional services without the BS other places try to slide by you. The 3 stars is for every single person that works here,for It pains me to write this because Everyone in the establishment seems to be working their bottom off and that's the problem because they are excruciatingly short handed. First, I have to make it known that it may cost you less money to go to Walmart, but you absolutely get what you pay for. I've taken my van here a few times and the service has always been good and quick, but last week it was more than that. I am 7m pregnant and was headed out of town. While I was running errands with my toddler, my van's oil life notification popped on and I came here. Dropped in this place at 8:30 am and was out by 9:15 am. Not only do they change your oil but they check all your fluids, check the air pressure in your tires, clean your windshield and make recommendations for other preventative items but without pressure. They are professional and courteous. You remain in your car during the service. There was one car ahead of me and the entire process took an hour. It is first come first serve, no appointments.
IMO as a local Santa Fe resident, this is the ONLY place to have your car washed and oil changed. The service people are polite and attentive making sure you're happy with how clean your car is. They take time to make sure you leave well satisfied. The waiting room is IMMACULATE, and easy to sit and wait; outside seating is also available!
