It's not your average oil change spot, they're very thorough, they're very professional, you get more than an oil change, and sometimes the maintenance you didn't know you will need later on down the road is what your car needed comes in handy, for example just before the heat started (weather wise that is) the technician asked me if i wanted the coolant to be serviced and i never thought about it , i said go ahead please , 3 weeks later it was so nice to feel my car AC shooting out a nice cool breeze, checked my tire pressu... read more
MORE EXPENSIVE THAN DEALER!! WEAK, PATHETIC, AND TERRIBLE. I was an ASE-Certified mechanic for 12 years, so I know what I'm talking about. A sudden family emergency necessitated us bringing in my wife's car for an oil change before we had to leave to Pennsylvania the next day. What a mistake!! I took my Honda Ridgeline in for an oil change and received a "free" carwash. Well the drive through car wash broke off the bug shield attached to the hood and the body cowling located above my rear window that houses a brake light. When I brought this to the manager I was told body damage isn't covered. So now I'm stuck with $350 in damages. Totally unacceptable
Wow this is such a great place, the workers are very nice & attentive. As soon as I arrive 2 of them reached out & welcomed me ,offered water,no waiting for long,fast paced guys. Amazing place. Definitely will be my oil changer get to go place !
Wait was about 45 minutes but service was great. These guys deserve the wait. Price is reasonable and you get free car wash. Great attitude from the service people. I would return often.
the wait was more than an hour instead of 15 minutes it looked like they only had one mechanic and reading all those bad reviews I'm afraid that my car will broke , I'll take to other oil change to check the oil and I'll posted another review
My van needed an oil change and I didn't want to wait for hours. I went to Oil Stop July 3 around 11am. The guy who greeted me informed me it would be about 1 1/2 hours so I left and came back. The second time was told 40 minutes so I waited. Luis asked if I wanted something to drink. I took some waters. The others, Christian and Kevin all greeted me from time to time to update on ETA and to see if I needed more drinks. Young lady did too but I forgot her name (sorry young lady).
