100% recommend this location! Sebastian and Tomas helped answer many of my questions over the phone. They were very patient with me. When I arrived to this location, Sebastian greeted me and asked if I wanted a beverage while I waited. He is very friendly and gives great customer service. When it was my turn for an oil change, Brian was another mechanic that helped me and guided me through what he was seeing with my car. This car wash is the best in Sonoma County! I've tried many and there isn't one that comes close to the level of service that Happy's provides. Prices are reasonable and I can vacuum the inside of my own car which I need to do weekly. The vacuums have super suction and are always in working order. There's even a machine that cleans car rugs. The staff are well trained, polite and knowledgeable. I have to wash my car weekly because I don't have a garage and I transport my snacking toddler grandsons to and from daycare. First time going to this car wash and I was pleasantly surprised. I finally found a wash that cleans my car properly. With other places I have tried my car is always left with dust especially in the back window and trunk. My car was spotless after going through this wash. Most car washes lightly mist your car with water but this one has some nice power to it which is what gets all the dirt off. We are from Alabama and were in Sacramento CA visiting family. Went to Oilstop to get our oil changed before heading home. We're unable to change our due to problems with the oil pan plug created by the company that did our previous oil change in Birmingham AL. Charles explained everything to us and even took pictures of the problem for us with my phone. He went out of his way to do what he could for us. My daughter took her 2015 Hyundai Elantra in to this place to get the oil changed. I told her just get the oil changed. There is no need to get anything else done to the car. The tech there talked a little too fast and she misunderstood that she was getting an upgrade oil change to full synthetic, but management at oil stop took care of the misunderstanding as you would expect from an oil change place we have been going to for years.

Every interaction I had with their employees was so nice! Especially Oscar! He explained everything he was doing, what it meant, and showed me everything. They were amazing with offering things that my car needed without pushing me to buy anything I didn't want. Awesome service and I'll be back again!
