Not happy with the service I should of read the reviews before coming by. Im new to the area and needed a car wash. My doors and común areas where the shoes usually touch where not clean. Im not sure if they package i paid for didn't included it. But i expected to at least remove some dust, And what mad it worst was that my mat was lost and i came back to check on it. Is Oil Stop slipping? Are they under new ownership or management? It seems to me, they're losing the magic they once had. They used to be my favorite car wash in New Mexico, if not in the country. We've been living out of state for a few years, just came back and took my GF's Beemer in for the full OS treatment. They neglected to clean the inside windows. How do I know this? DO NOT go here. I was pushed into adding things which made a simple oil change $150! And my batter cable was tampered with resulting in my car breaking down the next day. The mechanic said there was no possible way that my battery cable got that loose on its own. This place is a scam.
Quick and fast way to get your oil changed (if it's not busy of course) and the convenience of staying in your car. They fill the air in your tires, fill up your windshield wiper fluid and offer to replace them if needed at a fee. The customer service was great and I will definitely return!
Over priced and took for ever to have a oil change done. All the do is try to sell you while they dink around. Took about an hour to do an oil change while they just pressure you with sales pitches.
I just discovered this place. I use to go to the dealer but that was a rip off. I was due for an oil change and got a coupon in the mail from this place so I thought I woud try it out. What a breath of fresh air. You drive up, they guide you in and you stay in your car. The people were young and so friendly. They hustled . Kept me informed as they worked. Washed my windows and gave me a free car wash! I'll be back.

Again, great service from Jonathan, Agustin and Franklin at the San Mateo location. I arrived 8:12a.m. and was done by 8:52a.m. The upsell will never go away and I always politely decline. Sorry to Jonathan for having a challenging time with my hubcaps to check tire pressure. I got a very good discount with coupon available online. Went with full synthetic and the Purolator 1 inflated price but I wanted convenience. I don't want to go to Walmart, purchase the OEM oil filter, buy the oil, come home, let car cool off, jack up ... read more
Good place to go for a car wash and vacuum it out yourself. One complaint is I still see pollen and dirt in some places on my car. When you're in the car wash you wouldn't think it would come out like that. Just wish they would scrub it down before going into the car wash like the old place that was there did! Makes a big difference! Also wish they opened earlier.
Happy's Drive-Thru Car Wash is fantastic!!! I stopped in after an eye exam directly across the street, and was very excited to find that the car wash is brand-new, has brand-new equipment, and has extremely helpful, professional, and enthusiastic employees. I've experienced this at other car washes as well, but unlike a lot of these other places, my car was actually *clean* after Happy's washed it!
