RecommendedThe house was older, simple and practical. Nothing fancy, but perfect for several families with kids of all ages. Lots of room to spread out and a quick easy walk to the ocean. The downstairs kitchenette was perfect for the teens. Creepy little dungeon like room downstairs with a lock on the outside and a prison like bathroom. But the bed was comfortable! We would go again.

RecommendedExcellent choice of properties for various size groups. Been a Customer every summer since they handed out keys and toilet paper on the fishing pier! Over 15 years. Linen service, keyless entries, online payments and text notifications are Available convenience features. Strict social distancing and enhanced cleaning this year confirmed our trust.

Lost our money the week of hurricane with no rescheduling. They need to update contracts with there property owners and have better resolution for their renters. How about you put US first?! Very disappointed that we were out almost 3k with no vacation to show for it. Shame on you!

RecommendedWe rented from Oak Island Accommodations in June and were very pleased with our home. Being in the midst of the pandemic, we were a bit uncertain. Everything was clean when we arrived. All 14 of us had a great family vacation! We have rented from them for a home in October, as well! The rental process was quick and easy. The military discount is an added bonus!
DO NOT BOOK WITH OAK ISLAND ACCOMMODATIONS 🛑Oak Island Accommodations called me after 2:00 pm the day before we were supposed to check in at Riverwatch and said they had to cancel my reservations due to no electricty in that one unit, the electric company could not get out until later the follwoing week and they did not have anything else available. Do not rent from Oak Island Accommodations. I know myself or my family will not rent from them ever again. We have rented from them for years. They do not care about their customers, they care about the money. We rented a house for a week and they led us on thinking we may be able to stay after a hurricane hit. We drove down to see the damage and they knew way ahead no one would be staying in that area for a while.
