Took the vehicle in for 2 issues (RPMs fluttering that appeared first and check engine light/limp mode-2 seperate issues). They had my vehicle for 2 weeks because I had a family emergency & had to leave state. They had ample opportunityto drive it to veeify it was repaired. Never bothered to call and went ahead with tiring the rotors instead of replacing. Tried to keep my car further weekend without telling me and forced me to rush to a different town to get my car and made me pay over the phone and when I got there I waited twenty minutes before anyone could tell me where to get my keys. And the brakes are even worse than before I brought it in.

Make sure you look over all aspects of the car you are buying. My car has had multiple issues right after I bought it. I'm not sure it even got inspected before it left the lot.

I made an appt as directed to get my truck checked due to a recall regarding the airbag. When I picked it up later that day the manager told me that my drive belt was thin and needed to be replaced. He said that it was dangerous to keep driving because if the belt breaks it would ruin my engine. Then he gave me a list of repairs that he called Caution Recommendations. while services performed indicate Battery was checked, nothing was found. However, we had to take our vehicle to another servicer to have our issued identified and corrected - needed a new battery - the old batt was found to have a short and it caused issues while idling at low RPMs, causing the vehicle to stall then ultimately unable to restart without a jump. Oak Ridge Nissan should have figured this out. They were NOT helpful and way over priced. Will not return to their service department
