Took forever and are over priced

Had an appointment at 10:20 and didn't start on my vehicle until 11:00. Wouldn't have been a problem had they told me they were 45 minutes behind when I got there. I had to ask at 10:55 when they were going to start on my truck, and that's when they told me that they were behind.

I have had an issue with the cruise controll that was asked about at every service visit I made. On my last service I was informed that there is now a software fix for the issue, but because I have 48,000 miles, it'd not covered! Software update, for an issue the vehicle had since it rolled out of the factory, will cost me $300! I told them to forget it! If that's their, and Nissans view of customer service, I will no longer use them!

Actually this is still up in the air right now. I wanted to pay cash ie. no financing for a new truck. But got a $2K discount for a finance. Wanted to transfer my plates but couldn't because my wife's name is on the registration (didn't understand what difference that made since I had power of attorney). So they gave me new plates (temps until I got the new plates) and when I got the new plates just go to the town clerk, turn them in and xfer my old plates at no additional cost. Sorry ran ou

Poor service purchased vehicle from them on a cold rainy night bad mistake pushy sales people next day notice a chip in windshield and hood paint was discolored badly which was not visible at night called salesman back to inform him of issues very unresponsive not willing to help at all they should have disclosed the issues before purchase very sneaky and dishonest on there part lesson learned never purchase a car at night

I made my appointment 3 weeks ago. I had 2 things being serviced, 1 a recall that is a software update and number 2 was an actual issue. I was at the dealership for 5 hours. I had to argue to even get them to drive my car. They didn't complete the recall and then told me to call corporate nissan for my actual issue. My car is under warranty, and I was completely blown off by them. All while having a car salesman try to sell me another car. This rating is not reflective of Oak Ridge Nissan but rather the poor build quality of our 2024 Nissan Kicks SV. We received a replacement opener for our garage door opener and it didn't work either. A technician came to our house and was able to witness the problem first hand. He stated that nothing else could be done. I actually bought a new opener that matched the approved openers on the list
