Dad said he did not like the food. Also when I moved him [out] I found in his room items he found or stole that he should have had access to. Like a three pronged garden tool, pliers and screwdrivers. Not sure what he was planning on doing with them but he should not have had access to such items. It was a really nice place.

The people who worked there, were so nice and helpful. They are wonderful. The food was good but loved one did not eat the food. They had activites, and allowed others to come in and also participate. We picked this community because, it was the most budget friendly.

This is a great community and the staff are awesome. I have no complaints other than the food , my loved one likes more of a variety and different food types. They have activities at this community all of the time and everyday. They have jewelry making, painting, holiday celebrations and more there is always something for the residents to do to stay busy in the community.
During our loved ones stay at the Oaks community, the care takers were just awesome, and really did a good job looking after our loved one. However the management team can really work to improve on their communication between themselves and the families of the residents.

Staff is loving and concerned. They treat the patients with respect and kindness. My loved one is an Alzheimer's victim and I know he is cared for and protected.

My aunt {name removed} is a resident I visit her on a regular basic and the staff is GREAT! I am always greeted wit a warm ''Hello'' or can I assist you with anything. I realize working taking care of the elderly client can be a thankless job at time, but I want to say ''Thank you All'' for the great job you do not only for my aunt but all the resident. Keep up the good job your doing.
