Our families experience had a great tour experience everything we saw and all the staff we met with were fantastic
This is a great community and the staff are awesome. I have no complaints other than the food , my loved one likes more of a variety and different food types. They have activities at this community all of the time and everyday. They have jewelry making, painting, holiday celebrations and more there is always something for the residents to do to stay busy in the community.
During our loved ones stay at the Oaks community, the care takers were just awesome, and really did a good job looking after our loved one. However the management team can really work to improve on their communication between themselves and the families of the residents.
Staff is loving and concerned. They treat the patients with respect and kindness. My loved one is an Alzheimer's victim and I know he is cared for and protected.
The staff is exceptional, they always have a smile for everyone especially [name removed[.
Excellent facility, personal care, focus on resident quality of life.
My aunt {name removed} is a resident I visit her on a regular basic and the staff is GREAT! I am always greeted wit a warm ''Hello'' or can I assist you with anything. I realize working taking care of the elderly client can be a thankless job at time, but I want to say ''Thank you All'' for the great job you do not only for my aunt but all the resident. Keep up the good job your doing.
Great place to visit. Staff is very friendly, helpful and take great care on their staff.
This facility does great work and takes fabulous care of their residents.
