Some of these I can't answer accurately such as the friendliness of staff. There is a small handful of aids who are the sweetest most caring people you will ever meet but there are some who are plain nasty and border on abusiveness. Quality of care is poor unless you happen to have one of the good aids. We gave the activities a 3, but the activities director is FABULOUS.

I would tell a friend to keep looking. We picked this community, because of the price, and everything looked great. I am happy with the service that I received from the Rep at A Place for Mom. Other than that, they need to improve on a few things, as it relates to medication mangement, and their payment processes.

The staff are unresponsive to the family's emails, calls, or voicemails. The family is receiving no response from anyone from management to caregivers.

I will tell you the Medical director was unapproachable. She never returned my calls. The office staff was rude. I found out there was a resident next door to my loved one that was having parties at night with alcohol and non residents in his room. However a lot of the staff was very kind.
Hello if by means if you looking for a place for parents to go not a good place at all parents was neglect here and not getting the proper attention the staff their always put on a front when family members are there so please don't send family their.
My grandfather was diagnosed with Alzheimer's for years when my family decided to place him in a nursing home. At first glance, it seemed like a very well kept and organized nursing home, but my mother and I quickly noticed the decline in my grandfather's character.
