The friendliness of the staff members really stood out to us as well as all of the caregivers - they really seem to genuinely care not only for their clients but for the client's families. Based on our experience we would recommend the Oaks at Charleston community to other families.

They should have never admitted my mom, she was too much for them and needed a higher level of care. She needed more than they could provide. She wasn't mobile and they were having to do much more work. I also don't feel like they paid much attention to her. They kind of seem to do the bare minimum here, I didn't see a lot of staff interaction with the patients when I visited. I would possibly recommend them to friends and family based on patient needs. It's not a stellar facility, but could be adequate for some.

We are so happy my father is at this facility. They are caring and have provided a wonderful home for him! I would recommend them to any family who needs a place to help them care for their loved ones!

The staff is very friendly. My friend is eating well. they have really nice activities, which sometimes includes painting. I was very impressed with the walk through, how the rooms were set-up, and it was clean.
She is doing awesome here, we are very well pleased with our experience at Oaks at Charleston. Everyone has really been very helpful and we feel at ease now and we do not have to worry, the care has been great. I would recommend them to others and already have. I would say if you are looking for a place for your loved one, go here!
The staff are very caring and the community is very home like. They have great good there and we would absolutely recommend this community to others.

Our aunt is safe at the Oaks community, and we feel very strongly that she is safe there. It is a diverse group of people there and that is something we really like. We have never seen our aunt eat so well before, the meals are fantastic. There is a lot of community space and the staff do a great job encouraging the residents to engage with one another. The staff have just been so attentive.

My mom is doing very well at this community, they have been providing the care that she needs. The staff are attentive and friendly always. The staff do an excellent job at keeping the community clean. My mom also enjoys her meals 100%.
Our first-time experience with Ashley River Plantation has been first class in every way. Our family member has been staying there for three weeks in respite care so that we full-time caregivers could take a break for a trip. We had a wonderful time because there was no worrying about the level of attention our loved one was enjoying while we were away.
