What we like the most about the Oaks is how kind they were to my mom. Her room was always clean. The food tasted good. They could improve on the music ., it was always a little loud and not from my mom's era.. too current music .. the residents spent a good bit of time just sitting and being bored., but they did do some fun things with them.
The staff is friendly however there is high staff turnover and the food is not well prepared. In memory care when the patient was unable to complete daily dressing function the staff was not as attentive. We came in November and the front desk, staff, nurses and directors have changed.
Facility is nice. Very clean, and feels like home. Nice layout, not to complicated. I love the dinning room. The staff are all great people. They definitely treat my mom with respect, but they are also nice and pleasant with the other patients as well. They always great my mom with a kind word and smile. The look out for her interest. They are firm but not pushy. And they seem to care about and understand what my mom is going thru. Let me talk more on value for the money. Thei location in Fayetteville, GA is above average, clean, no odors, very pleasant employees. I observed caring and pleasant service being provided, often unpleasant tasks involved. Negatives not much activity choices for active residents, food snacks never include fresh fruits or other healthy choices. Prices quite competitive. Overall pleased with choice to place family member there.

The facility is well- maintained and the staff is hard-working, caring, & VERY friendly!! My mom was very resistant to coming and staying for two weeks of respite at Tbe Oaks at Fayetteville Senior Living! Shannon Reeves went above and beyond to help get my mom to get comfortable with the facility, staff, and clients! Still early but these are my ratings for now. For the most part no complaints but the pharmacy plan needs work, does not offer 90 day option, the Guardian Pharmacy 28 day plan is more expensive than the 90 day I used to get from Walgreens
