We had some problems with this community, it had to do with the cost at the end. They made some mistakes when it came to what we were suppose to pay. The communication wasn't always there, when we would call to ask questions sometimes we would not get direct answers. We were never able to get a hold of the people who ran the place, and at one point we have to reach out to cooperate. Very nice place. Again, you see quite a bit of staff support and the rooms are very nice. The group area for memory care was very small. But the care looks fantastic.
I had a decent tour of this community. The community looked nice, everything appeared to be well maintained. The staff I met was kind, and friendly. My issue was I when I arrived for my tour, the lady that was supposed to give the tour wasn't there. I feel that wasn't very professional, and wasn't the best first impression.
The tour guide at Gardens of Fayetteville was very nice and informative. The community just seemed more hospital like and it was not a homey feel.
Everything is going well for my loved one since her move to this community. The place is clean and maintained well. The staff is good, they go up to her room and get her to participate in going to the dining room for meals and interacting with other residents. They offer to take her outside as well.
My favorite by far of the senior living communities I've experienced in my price range in Atlanta. It felt the most genuine and the accommodations felt more like a home mom could relate to. I've visited several and been disappointed by most.
I love the facility and the employees! It is extremely clean and so much like home! I visit my loved one every day and there is NEVER a problem. All concerns are addressed as soon as they brought to the attention of the staff.
Great place and friendly staff . Even after a couple weeks they are still so friendly and helpful . My moms 88 and she seems to be adjusting well . Thanks dogwood forest . I know mom will be taken care of when I can not be with her all the time . Other residents so nice also she has made new friends .
