Staff is friendly and wonderful with my loved one. They communicate with me about everything regarding my loved one, no matter the time. The facility is clean and smells nice. All of the residents rave about the food. My loved one does not eat and it is a challenge to get her to eat, but she seems to really enjoy the food. She just commented to another resident (they are at dinner) about how good the dinner is. He agreed. I feel blessed to have found this place for my loved one. Our family member is doing well at Oaks at Fayetteville. It's a very nice place. I think they're going through some hard times like everybody else trying to find staff, especially qualified medical staff. But that's the only snag we've had - some medication things. Overall, they've been great. And in searching around before selecting them, we found that it's a good value comparatively to other places.

We had a very positive tour experience with Oaks at Fayetteville. Everyone was super nice. The reason we did not choose them was because we felt more welcomed at another facility and it seemed to fit our loved ones care needs better.

We went with Oaks at Fayetteville because the cost of the facility was very reasonable, it was very clean, and most importantly all of the staff were extremely friendly and helpful. It is really like one big family there. They will meet your needs quickly. I would highly recommend Oaks at Fayetteville.

It was a great place just need to keep them active. They keep the place very clean and my loved one was taken care of , and the meals were great .They told us in the beginning that they would have lots of activities to keep them busy but that did not happen they need to keep them busy and not let them sit and watch tv or just sit and do nothing. The place is beautiful, and is very friendly, but you just have to be hands on to get really good care if not then they get ok care.

Overall Oaks at Fayetteville is a great place We're very pleased with the facility and they staff. They need to work on activities on the memory care side - taking the residents outside, etc. They have fewer things going on in memory care than in assisted living. But overall it's a well-maintained and well-run facility.
