affordable inclusive Food was good, staff was friendly, small stretch of beach, pillows were flat and uncomfortable.

Wonderful service! The food service was impeccable! The waiters anticipated our every wish and sometimes brought us a treat we were not familiar with as well. They remembered our preferences like we were family! Charming and always a smile. The dining rooms offered different foods. The Asian choices were previously frozen and not as tasty as I expected. When I checked in, there was an outraged couple checking out. I was told that the hotel needed my passport.. They were rude to me when I refused to listen to their timeshare talk. The room I requested was unavailable so they gave me a room with a hot tub. Unfortunately the hot tub did not work. The food in the restaurant was not very tasty, except for the salad. I won't stay there again.
Family vacation The hotel is ok but is in need of an upgrade. The staff was excellent and everybody was very nice. The waiters and waitresses were great and the sport activities staff was great. The food was ok but they need to change the menu at least every few days. All in all we had a great time.
Hotel needs upgrades. Bed sheets were not changed. Food was ok. Bath towels were rough.
Friendly atmosphere Very accommodating. Friendly staff, just make sure have more than 1 face towel to use.
