Close to the beach, very friendly and attentive staff, you will not find another all inclusive for this price
The staff is super courteous and friendly. Hotel is small but cozy , older too but very well kept.. Not overcrowded or noisy. Very relaxing atmosphere. Food is delicious , a lot of options. They could improve in dessert , sort of repeated but it’s ok, but that’s just my personal taste. Beach is more of a port but you can use the beach in the other hotel sisters they have.
Great place Nice place to stay at. Staff very helpful and always available when we needed assistance.
It was okay. The rooms were old and bathroom were older. Beach isn’t as pretty. Staff is okay
Everything was great! First time in Cancun and it was amazing! No complaints at all!
