Agradável Com ótima comida e bebidas, vários drinks sem álcool, e para quem consome álcool tem mais variedade ainda. Funcionários excelentes, muito educados. A principio foi oferecido um quarto que ainda iria passar por reforma, mas assim que solicitado a troca , ofereceram um quarto melhor. Piscina limpa, toda a área em comum estava bem limpa e organizada. Eventos a noite no hotel.
Great service and perfect for families. Our room was the perfect location, right off the garden. Tons of activities for my two children, ages 6 and 10. Angel was amazing and showed my kids how to paddle board and took us out on the Bobbie cat. Rafael and Alan were great servers at the pool. This hotel had the best service. The food was okay. My kids ate the hamburgers and hot dogs and fruit. I ate from the bbq, omelette and pasta station. I would definitely recommend and go back.

Close to the beach, very friendly and attentive staff, you will not find another all inclusive for this price
The staff is super courteous and friendly. Hotel is small but cozy , older too but very well kept.. Not overcrowded or noisy. Very relaxing atmosphere. Food is delicious , a lot of options. They could improve in dessert , sort of repeated but it’s ok, but that’s just my personal taste. Beach is more of a port but you can use the beach in the other hotel sisters they have.
Great place Nice place to stay at. Staff very helpful and always available when we needed assistance.
