Ocean Spa Greetings! Ocean Spa is a small and affordable hotel that is located by the lagoon area which is more quiet than the main strip near the popular bars. Still, it has a great location and it is basically in the middle of Cancun's main avenue. Public transportation right up front by the bus stop is pretty reliable and they also have shuttles to their other Sunset Hotels that you can enjoy as a guest. Hotel server and bartenders are really polite and nice. Bellboys are really helpfull
Have stayed here before and liked the smaller size, and availability of all amenities offered. Was not disappointed choosing to return for a second time.

Decent hotel away from the zone. It's at the end. I bought a spa package and they tried to give me a standard room. I wasn't pro-rated for that night either. I thought all inclusive meant you didn't have to pay for meals. It wasn't badly priced and it was very good food but it wasn't included. The people were nice but if there was a problem you take it up with Travelocity? Interesting.
Very good place to stay Convenient and comfortable place for family and couples.
Hotel was close to beach, quiet, friendly people. 1. Not a lot of activities to do at the hotel. 2. Best to eat a restaurants in town the food is better and cheaper. 3. Room was nice and clean, had to call for face towels everyday. They didn't leave them after cleaning the room. 4. Everyday we explored different areas around Cancun by bus. staff & property was excellent, food was not staff, service & property was great. restaurant & buffet food needs major improvement as it looked and tasted old and reheated. we had to go across the hotel and eat in the local restaurant which was 100% better. unlimited hot, cold & alcoholic beverages was great also. staff. service & the property. daily & nightly activities I see an older crowd participating in it. I'm not sure if they enjoyed it
