Poca calidad de todo incluido las instalaciones del hotel se ven un poco viejas, nunca encontramos el jacuzzi el agua de la alberca estaba mu fría, las bebidas alcohólicas que ofrecen son muy corrientes, sol hay una marca de cerveza.. Fuera de eso la gente que trabaja ahí es muy amable

Not for leisure but prefect for taking tours This is not a hotel to enjoy your days drinking with leisure at the beach, but for the price it is a very nice hotel. I booked this hotel to meet with my family and take tours. We had three very different experiences: 1) My brother got a room above the spa, right in front of an elevator, had wall mounted massage shower heads; the room was facing the street and had no balcony 2) mine was facing the garden with a balcony. Recepção horrível , desorganizada e sem respeito Tive problemas no check in , com a liberação das chaves demorou mais do que o programado, os mensageiros se enrolaram para não levar as malas e atendimento feito por uma pessoa somente . Horrível

Great time at the hotel in November. We stayed 2 nights in this resort. It’s a great location with quick access to downtown (R2, 12 pesos) and hourly shuttle to its hotel chain (3 other hotels). Sunset Royal Resort has a much better beach we found. This resort has free kayaks, one tennis court and table tennis for rent at no charge. The staff were very friendly, from front desk, to bar staff and restaurant staff. They always smiled and offered tequila to us. We tipped them at the end. Room was clean. Delicious food, good location it is ok for price You get what you paid, food was delicious, the breakfast better than diner , helpful staff closed by bus to Coco bongo , the only bad is the rooms needs update

affordable inclusive Food was good, staff was friendly, small stretch of beach, pillows were flat and uncomfortable.

Wonderful service! The food service was impeccable! The waiters anticipated our every wish and sometimes brought us a treat we were not familiar with as well. They remembered our preferences like we were family! Charming and always a smile. The dining rooms offered different foods. The Asian choices were previously frozen and not as tasty as I expected.
