Bueno Está ubicado en la zona hotelera y las habitaciones cómodas
When I checked in, there was an outraged couple checking out. I was told that the hotel needed my passport.. They were rude to me when I refused to listen to their timeshare talk. The room I requested was unavailable so they gave me a room with a hot tub. Unfortunately the hot tub did not work. The food in the restaurant was not very tasty, except for the salad. I won't stay there again.
Family vacation The hotel is ok but is in need of an upgrade. The staff was excellent and everybody was very nice. The waiters and waitresses were great and the sport activities staff was great. The food was ok but they need to change the menu at least every few days. All in all we had a great time.

Hotel needs upgrades. Bed sheets were not changed. Food was ok. Bath towels were rough.

Friendly atmosphere Very accommodating. Friendly staff, just make sure have more than 1 face towel to use.

Ocean Spa Greetings! Ocean Spa is a small and affordable hotel that is located by the lagoon area which is more quiet than the main strip near the popular bars. Still, it has a great location and it is basically in the middle of Cancun's main avenue. Public transportation right up front by the bus stop is pretty reliable and they also have shuttles to their other Sunset Hotels that you can enjoy as a guest. Una estancia normal Pienso que fue agradable la estanca aunque el hotel es un poco viejo y podría tener. Ejotes amenidades el trato del personal es muy bueno y eso comienza las cosas
Hotel server and bartenders are really polite and nice. Bellboys are really helpfull
