I am not convinced you tried your best. My appraisal went from $230,000 (2022) to $421,500 (2023) an 83.2% increase. O'Conner got it lowered to $402,552 a 4.7% adjustment. The new appraisal amount is still a 75% increase over the 2022 appraisal.
