I am aware sometimes your hands are tied and can only do so much. However I have been with O Conner for numerous years and as best I can recall the last time you have been successful in changing value and lowering tax base has been in excess of 6 years.

If all you are looking for is a basic reduction , which you can easily do yourself, then by all means use O’Connor. Will only cost you half the savings that you could have gotten on your own. For the most part, they will get that done. If you need to actually go to the next level, arbitration, Run away as fast as you can. O’Connor will not actually do anything, and in my case, end up costing you money. Bottom line, use anyone else.
