Over the top customer service! I bought my Odyssey last year from O’Daniel and I brought it in to had my paint fixed. Joel Mosser, the outstanding service manager, got in contact with me to get my van into the body shop and have it repainted, after Honda approval. Outstanding customer service! I forgot to request a loaner car when I brought my civic in for service and Uber/Lyft was running 45 minutes to an hour. The sweet lady who mans the door got the keys to a dealer car and ran me home.

I just wanted to give a quick shoutout to the service department. I was staying at the Rainbow House located across the street as my son is currently inpatient at Children’s Hospital after a heart transplant. I live 3.5 hours away and didn’t know of any mechanics in the area. My car started leaking antifreeze and they were kind enough to run it through their busy shop to see what the issue was. Thank you guys for helping me out!
Always a great experience to purchase from O'Daniel Honda. I purchased a 2008 Accord Touring, Got a great deal on a fantastic Car. after that, my family has purchased 4 cars from O'Daniel and the Customer Service is always great! Justin Billiou (I think that’s how you spell it) has helped me with 2 cars so far in the last couple years, I can not express how knowledgeable he is with ALL of the Honda models. He doesn’t pressure you at all to get a car and always checks up to see how things are going with your new vehicle as well!
