Joel Mosser, the outstanding service manager, got in contact with me to get my van into the body shop and have it repainted, after Honda approval. RecommendedOutstanding customer service! I forgot to request a loaner car when I brought my civic in for service and Uber/Lyft was running 45 minutes to an hour. The sweet lady who mans the door got the keys to a dealer car and ran me home.

RecommendedI just wanted to give a quick shoutout to the service department. I was staying at the Rainbow House located across the street as my son is currently inpatient at Children’s Hospital after a heart transplant. I live 3.5 hours away and didn’t know of any mechanics in the area. My car started leaking antifreeze and they were kind enough to run it through their busy shop to see what the issue was. Thank you guys for helping me out!
