The measure of an excellent customer experience is not that there will be no problems, but when those problems occur, they are handled well. That was our experience. Overall, the project went exactly as described. The ******* and assistant provided excellent daily updates and the crew worked really hard! After the project was completed we had a few issues with clean-up. We notified OSW and they addressed it immediately. All dust remnants and stains were remediated very much to our satisfaction.
