***** was a fabulous fore-person; he and his crew not only did a thorough job of waterproofing our basement, but he explained everything to me and showed me step by step what they were doing (as I had requested). I must also mention that I had to fire the first fore they sent out (******) for his total unwillingness to communicate with me and for other issues. The company sent the Director of Operations and our sales rep ***** out to find out what had gone wrong. We also had the Production Manager come out several times to c... read more

**** and his crew provided excellent professional serice from the moment they entered the driveway . from preparing to enter the house until the last step of cleaning up. very professional, polite and courteous. the finished job very neat. explained each step and reviewed use of pump and air cleaner. five stars for sure
