Twelve years ago, I decided to get the home I purchased waterproofed by Ohio State Waterproofing. I have the EZ Breeze, 2 sump pumps and a backup battery. My experience with this company has been over and above my expectations. In those 12 years, if I need something, Richard always makes sure to send someone out right away. We’re 79 years old and it’s nice to deal with a company you trust and feel comfortable. We had our ez breathe replaced this week. We had one of the original ez breathe systems. We called and set up an appointment and they told us they would arrive between 12 noon and 2:00. At 12 noon they were in my driveway. When coming into my home they put their plastic footies on. Ohio State Waterproofing conducted a thorough and completely professional evaluation of my home basement water issue. Even though I had running water in my basement, they honestly told me that my problem was probably with the sump pump and back-up pump and that it could possibly have an easy fix. They even offered to connect me with a plumber if I didn't have my own that specializes in sump pumps. They were very prompt and provided a courtesy job site visit. I would 100% recommend Lee L****** and Ohio State Waterproofing.
I had Ohio state waterproofing out at my house to level a couple concrete pads by my garage due to water damage running under my driveway needless to say they did a great job lifting the pads up as far as the garage would allow great job with the new part of your waterproofing company

OSW did right by us , and I am now a happy customer.I received a reimbursement check today for $900 , half of what I paid for a new sump pump and battery which I purchased in 2014, with a five year warranty. They did not have to do this , but they truly followed the Golden Rule .Thank you OSW!

Our home was waterproofed Before we owned it by Ohio State Waterproofing 30 years ago. We have paid a meager $25 a year to maintain our warranty.
