100% satisfied with the service provided. The staff is very polite and does not do anything without asking you. They offer optional add-on, but do not pressure you into buying anything you don't want. Quick service (time = money). Love the convenience! Highly recommend !
I've been taking my cars here for years but had a bad experience the last time. The guy who cleaned my windows scratched the car with his squeegee. I can't prove this but I know that the car was cleaned and polished by me the day before and there were no scratches on the car next to the C pillar.
Best place to get an oil change!! Free complimentary water bottle or soda. They also run an AC air flow pipe through your window while you wait in your car. Definitely a 5 star business. Best customer service I've ever experienced .
Great service, nice complementary drink. no pushy sales pitch.and best of all you never have to get out of your car.
Everyone who worked on my car was so nice! Price not too bad, they keep you updated along the process. Offer upgrades, but are not pushy to take them. I honestly enjoyed this place a lot & would highly recommend! Definitely getting my next oil change here again.
I'd like to meet the proprietors of this business. The processes and systems they've created are spot on. The people they've hired are also great. Best car service experience possible.
They are nice staff, even over you drinks while waiting for them tip do the magic. Very well trained, especially on sales pitch, you gotta be very stubborn to say no to any of the items they trying to sell. Run through all diagnostics and let you know any potential problem. Overall, very good services, I'll definitely hop back for future service.
This place is awesome! The exact definition of customer service and transparency. You get your car serviced while sitting in the car. They are very thorough and include a variety of checks that we normally don't want to check or don't even know to check. While they do recommend certain additional services/ treatments ,they do not pressure you at all to do so. This is hands down the best oil change service I've ever experienced. I brought my truck in a few weeks ago and decided to bring my wife's Durango today. The friendly service and professional conduct is unprecedented in the industry. I highly recommend Oil Stop Drive-Thru.
