I never thought I would enjoy and oil change, but this place made my day. While I waited in my car, they served me hot coco (you can choose any other drink)! They have an AC tube that you can stick in your window to keep you cool when your engine is off. They provide good information about maintenance, but do not push sales. To top it all off, they give a free voucher for a great car wash spot across the street. I used to live around the corner from this place. Now I'm in Alhambra, but I would still go back.

These guys were F-A-S-T! If you've ever been to the Seattle Fish Market with the fish guys having a great time while working and just having jovial interactions with one another, strangely, you'll feel that way here. They have an incredible team who are constantly communicating with you and the people working on your car. You also get a complimentary beverage! Everyone who works here is so courteous and patient! I appreciate that they aren't condescending to me when I ask questions and take the time to explain the services to me. And they are fast, which I really appreciate.

Woke up quick at about noon, and I realized I had to get my fiancée's car's oil changed, and found this place via Yelp. I read the reviews, and decided to try it, and hopefully make the right choice so my fiancée would beat me :) Pulled up, they had us stay in the car, and performed everything while we sat there. They talked with us, recommending service options and (for transparency) clarifying that they didn't get commission for those services. Off the charts customer service. Which is why I keep coming back. Not only are they not pushy, but they go above and beyond explaining things, and providing top notch service. What motivated me to write a review was the fact that they accidentally overcharged me. Not only did they catch the error, but they went out of their way to track me down to make sure I was reimbursed. Prices are reasonable, and they make the experience extraordinary.

Wonderful experience! These guys are all very professional, friendly, polite and knowledgeable. I went to jiffy lube first and I was quoted much more than these guys. I knew I had to get an oil change and filter replaced and expected the price to be somewhat similar to jiffy. It was much more reasonable here. Also, I hate getting my car serviced because I always feel like I'm being cheated somehow. Not these guys. Their service was above and beyond. I got to stay in my car and offered a free beverage.
