Do not come here if you're a woman, especially alone. My first time here was fine. I loved the service so I returned. I ended up paying almost $200 for an oil change, 3 filter changes (including the oil filter), and a transmission fliud flush. Less than a week later my maintenance light comes on and I check the 2 oils and they're filthy! So I ask around and go get it checked at another shop for a second opinion and I'm told by everyone thus far that nothing was changed except the 2 filters. This place is very quick for oil change. They will have you pull up your vehicle and do the oil change very quick. They recommend a lot of things for your vehicle but doesn't push you to buy anything.

Great, friendly service. Definitely would recommend!! Taken my car here twice and both experiences were extremely positive. The staff is welcoming, efficient, and knowledgable. I would give more than 5 stars if I could.

I went to get an oil change on Saturday, which I know is going to be the busiest time of the week. I was the second car in line, and yet it still took me almost an hour and a half to get done with my service. Having been my first time at this place, I didn't think it was going to take so long given it's a "drive thru" oil change place, and I figured they would have given me a heads up that it would've taken so long. This place is very convenient and customer service was very consistent. This is my second time at this place and I have to say, I will not go anywhere else. My brother from another mother by the name Fuia(poly bro lol) was very helpful. Thanks guys keep it up.

I felt so spoiled just getting an oil change here. The staff came by and offered, water, coffee, tea or hot cocoa while I waited. They also took the time to explain which things they thought I needed and which were just good preventative maintenance to keep on my radar. I really appreciate that they weren't trying to hard sell me and were willing to walk me through everything. The mechanic was great and not pushy at all. He explained everything simply and didn't pressure me to buy extra things. Their prices are reasonable and my oil change was quick!

Beware of the Oil Stop 3,000 mile con game! Although the service is a bit expensive it is good along with the products. The problem is they will advise you to return at 3,000 mile intervals for oil changes when in fact all or almost all modern auto manufacturers recommend it at 5,000 to 7,000 miles. Not only are they being dishonest with their customers they seem to have no moral responsibility toward misuse of our resources and creating waste. Stripped my drain plug. Wanted a quick oil change as I was overdue. This location tightens your oil drain plug before they loosen it. That caused them to strip it. First my Dad was a mechanic and I grew up doing all the work on my car and multiple other vehicles. The drain plug was tight at the last oil change that I did my self. They should first loosen the plug, and then tighten it back to torque if they want to check if it is ok. By tightening an already torqued bolt they can and obviously do strip plugs.
