Great service and quick too. Push other products a bit too much which makes me lose track of total. Better to have one (oil additive) extra item and suggest others for the next visit? A bit dizzying having so many different Techs coming at you. Overall great place and keeps your car happy!
I made it to this location!! I was in the area and was due for an oil change so I stopped by here. I had gone to the location in San Jose and liked the overall service. I pulled up and it was already busy. A man directed me to pull up and he welcomed me right away and asked if we would like something to drink. We got some hot chocolate. Yummy! It seems as though management has raised their staff salaries to perhaps attract better quality people, although there seems to be a very high turnover and less trained people working on your car. That honestly worries me. I may have to take my vehicles to an actual mechanic to get ASE certified guys for service. It's too bad because oil stop's business model was convenient. $$$$ Expensive, but convenient. Now, it's just not worth it.

Silicon Valley is a tough market for hourly wage earners, and while we offer very competitive pay, it is difficult. I've been coming to this location for years and I have never had a bad experience! The only reason they get 4 stars is because sometimes (when they are super busy) it can take quite awhile (I've been here for over an hour once). No pressure to get services if you don't want to.
Hot apple cider for 3! Was careful with my car, could be faster. Overall good experience. Here's a tip - avoid lines by not doing it before a holiday!
Phenomenal service. They offer you a complimentary drink right out the gates and they respectfully greet you. Jovonne & Andrew helped me out and they were very knowledgeable with what they were doing. They offered optional services for my car and I can never be any more satisfied. And a free car wash after everything?! Yea... This will be my go-to spot for oil change without a doubt.
Will never come here again. Been coming here for years. They progressively take longer and longer. One car in front of me, 1. I've been here almost 2 hours. This is absurd. Never again
I LOVE the convenience of not having to get out of my car, the free beverage and the entertaining show of military precision workers with their unique way of communicating with each other. What I don't like are the excessive amount of services being offered even when they AREN'T necessary. An example was when I was offered a new cabin air filter when I had replaced mine a year prior and was still barely dirty. I understand offering services when they're needed but not when they're not and have to take off a star for that.
Do not come here if you're a woman, especially alone. My first time here was fine. I loved the service so I returned. I ended up paying almost $200 for an oil change, 3 filter changes (including the oil filter), and a transmission fliud flush. Less than a week later my maintenance light comes on and I check the 2 oils and they're filthy! So I ask around and go get it checked at another shop for a second opinion and I'm told by everyone thus far that nothing was changed except the 2 filters.
