Tony, Jovonne, Arthur helped me out and victor cleaned my windshield after the service was done. It's a busy shop, so they even offered me water when I was waiting. Very friendly and genuine. Highly recommended. Guys where professional and non pushy for everything extra I may have needed. They checked everything like air pressure and engine air filter. I used the $8 off coupon and They also have me a coupon after my car wash. What a great deal.

Read most reviews and have to agree that the service was attentive, fast, and great. I also concur that the up selling, was a bit on the frequent side. I really just want to be able to go in for an oil change. Regardless, I was in and out in under 30 minutes. I will be returning. Also want to add that I like to initial and date the oil filters when they are replaced as well as inspect the one that was replaced. Call me paranoid, but you can't call me dumb. I love coming into this location it makes the oil change a pleasant experience even though a light turn on after leaving came back today and it was taking care of right away with a smile Thank you all the guys that work there are very respectful and nice

Love the drive through option. Very quick, efficient, professional workers. Lots of "up-sale" options but it's based on your manufacturer suggestions, they're not pushy about it- more informative of all options. Really wish there were more of these around.

My normal oil change place was closed due to everything going on and I wish I had waited until it reopened after coming here. I will never be back because a simple oil change turned into an anxiety ridden experience. All of the upselling and making it seem like my car was about to fall apart if i didn't do it was terrible. Like don't tell me there's a leak but we can easily fix it if you pay $25 bucks for this special product. Had I said yes to everything you would easily be out of $400 dollars. I liked this place, haha. They will try to up-sell the heck out of ya , but just use common sense. No need to be mean or angry. Hard to be mean when the people serving you are organized, upbeat, and super polite! It was very apparent on that day that they all were enjoying their work with smiles and a positive atmosphere that was contagious. I just sat in my car and relaxed . Great business, super friendly and knowledgeable staff and thorough service. Not the cheapest oil change in town and you will experience a fair amount of "gentle" upselling but their $15 coupon helps mitigate the pain as does the included car wash.

I was in earlier this winter for an oil change on my 20+ yr Honda. It was cold out so I didn't want to keep my window rolled down, even though they asked me to. I insisted it was too cold out, so I'd open the door when they wanted to try to sell me more services and products. Plus secretly, I didn't want to have to hear them barking orders to each other.
