Gabriel and Victor are bomb.com! 10/10 would recommend. I'm pretty sure those are their names... I went a couple of weeks ago and this place is the shiiiiiii! Worth every penny. Super competitive for oil change prices - roughly $68. Other places were much more expensive and the customer service is almost non existent. I'll definitely come back. It was my first time going here today for an oil change. Everyone was very friendly and I was immediately greeted and told there was going to be a 45 minute to an hour wait (it ended up being much less than that). Was given free water and coffee, which actually wasn't half bad. During the service they did try to upsell products but it's a business so I understand. Just politely decline and move on. The team here is wonderful! Right when you pull up a team member greets you and asks if you'd like a free beverage. They are all so friendly as well! They move quickly and are very lively while they work on your car. They're very detailed in all of their inspections and explanations. I appreciate how they don't pressure customers to purchase additional treatments too.
From someone who appreciates honesty and great service, this place is second to none. If there was a Michelin star for oil changes, I'd offer three stars. Rich ran to his own car for a bolt to try and get my license plate back on. From Ray to Jose, these guys do it with finesse. Appreciate the love. Will be coming back.
Im happy to say that my faith has been restored. I was promptly contacted by the managment staff and they were quick to apologize and issue me a check for the expenses the last visit had created.

This place as amazing customer service. They show you everything they do. It's like the chick-Fil-a for cars! They offer beverages as well and I spent like 20 minutes there.
Always excellent service! Drive away knowing my car will run well. Had Jovonne and Martin Worked on my car and they were respectful, gave excellent service and were great! I will definitely be back!!!
Great customer service. You pay a premium for this since they are much more expensive than jiffy lube. They do offer a free car wash if you are willing to drive to the foster city location.
