This place as amazing customer service. They show you everything they do. It's like the chick-Fil-a for cars! They offer beverages as well and I spent like 20 minutes there.
Always excellent service! Drive away knowing my car will run well. Had Jovonne and Martin Worked on my car and they were respectful, gave excellent service and were great! I will definitely be back!!!
Great customer service. You pay a premium for this since they are much more expensive than jiffy lube. They do offer a free car wash if you are willing to drive to the foster city location.

I mean...the service here took my head clean off. Arthur and Gabriel were so polite and I as really impressed with their attitudes, approach and how quickly they got me in and out. Great job guys!
Great service and quick too. Push other products a bit too much which makes me lose track of total. Better to have one (oil additive) extra item and suggest others for the next visit? A bit dizzying having so many different Techs coming at you. Overall great place and keeps your car happy!
I made it to this location!! I was in the area and was due for an oil change so I stopped by here. I had gone to the location in San Jose and liked the overall service. I pulled up and it was already busy. A man directed me to pull up and he welcomed me right away and asked if we would like something to drink. We got some hot chocolate. Yummy! It seems as though management has raised their staff salaries to perhaps attract better quality people, although there seems to be a very high turnover and less trained people working on your car. That honestly worries me. I may have to take my vehicles to an actual mechanic to get ASE certified guys for service. It's too bad because oil stop's business model was convenient. $$$$ Expensive, but convenient. Now, it's just not worth it.

Silicon Valley is a tough market for hourly wage earners, and while we offer very competitive pay, it is difficult. I've been coming to this location for years and I have never had a bad experience! The only reason they get 4 stars is because sometimes (when they are super busy) it can take quite awhile (I've been here for over an hour once). No pressure to get services if you don't want to.
Hot apple cider for 3! Was careful with my car, could be faster. Overall good experience. Here's a tip - avoid lines by not doing it before a holiday!
