I had a wonderful experience here. All the technicians were friendly thorough and they all had great attitudes. Service was fast all I needed was an oil change and they got it done pretty quick I didn't wait long at all

Let me start by saying, I've been coming here approximately 15 - yrs. The employees have always been great! Their always friendly and polite. That's not my issue. My issue is " the last 5 or so years that I've come, I'm not here 20 minutes, 30, 40, 50, 60 minutes. It's always an hour and twenty minutes. It's extremely frustrating as once people are behind you, you're basically stuck. It's really unfortunate as this place is supposed to be quick and convenient. I finally had my oil changed this last week @ the Costa Mesa location on Bristol and I have to say it was such a great experience. The guys that worked on my car are so very polite & professional. The gentlemen that helped me were Anthony Vazquez, Leonardo Martines, Andres Quintana, Omar Jasso & Johnathan Borland. They didn't encourage me to do anything more than what I needed.
