The customer service was great, being able to use the vacuum and compressed air for an unlimited time was worth the cost of the car wash in itself BUT my car was Very Dirty (moss growing around the windows dirty) and the wash didn't get it clean. No problem, they let me go through again. Not much different. If you have a new car with perfect paint, a little dust or mud, go for the cheap wash. Surprisingly friendly service, thorough inspection, and they got my oil changed. While there are a ton of upsells, they aren't pushy about them, which I appreciate. They even offer drinks while you wait.

Been here before and it was 5 star. This time, however, the guy who helped me rattled his spiel so quickly I could barely understand anything he was saying. Then everything after that was an up-sale of another product - again spoken way too quickly and without much explanation. Very impersonal. The service was done as requested. Value is what it is. I came back bc of how good the service was last time and am not apt to return bc of this experience.

Im 6 months new to Humboldt and always passed by this place since it's on Broadway. First impression is WOW! I wish they had this in the Bay Area when I was living there (don't know if they do now). But it's easy, effortless. They offered a complimentary cold drink with different options (soda, water) and you just stay in your car while they work on it. The staff were courteous, and there was a guide who spelled out what they were doing and when. I was able to stay in the car, while they swarmed around it. There was no wait time and they produced what they promised on the card I got in the mail about their services. I would return again. The only thing they could not fix was the Check Engine light was on. They said at the onset that it might not respond to the service they were doing. This is the second time coming to this location. I have been in need of an oil change and the reminder coupons were helpful in getting me into get this done. According to the window sticker, I still has 387 miles before I needed this done. However, it has been two years since my last change... and only traveled 4,600 mile. For the amount of people working and the number of vehicles waiting, it's quite a bit of time to receive a "Speedy" oil change.

I needed a transmission oil change and as I called around, shops were telling me they needed a week in advance and a couple of hours with a high charge, then I called Oilstop, where they were incredibly kind on the phone and said not only would they take me immediately, but it would only take them about 45 mins. When I arrived, everyone was kind, took me in right away, explained everything they were doing, showed me what oil they were using, offered me a water. Best oil service I have received.
