amazing service. The employees did not oversell any extras. Tire pressure, window, cleaning and other services provided with oil change. Plus $15 off coupon.
Didn't put everything back together when changing the cabin air filter on my truck so I had to put it back together.
I've been going to this drive thru oil change place for more than ten years. I was just there this week to have another oil change and have my coolant level checked. Both requests were completed quickly and with very courteous service. The great thing about this place is that they've consistently offered great service at reasonable prices for over a decade. So I found Oilstop Drive Thru Oil Change on Yelp after reading and weeding out all the bad reviews. This business has earned MY business from their "WHITE GLOVE SERVICE" and no that's noting I found on Yelp or in their store, I titled it that because that's EXACTLY what this business offers!! They over-torqued my oil drain plug bolt. Will not be going back and will be warning my family/friends not to go here.
The guys here, Julio, Cris, and Eric, go above and beyond their customer service. This is my 2nd time getting an oil change and they never disappoint. They explain every step, inform you about any problems, and they inform you about the prices. I definitely recommend this place for fast and great oil change.
**Great Service at Oilstop Monrovia** I had a great experience at Oilstop in Monrovia. Miguel and his team were professional, polite, and very helpful. They offered a few useful add-ons, but without being pushy. They explained the benefits clearly, letting me decide. I'll definitely be coming back!
15 minute oil change and $150 later, I got robbed. I've NEVER had an oil change cost that much!! And then he tried to tell me my oil was leaking and I needed a stop leak, when I proceeded to tell him that I just paid $1500 to have all that fixed then his story changed. That would've been an almost $200 bill with the stop leak. They're crooks and thieves, beware of this place. They won't tell you any prices up front either and at the end you're hit with an outrageous bill!!
This place is awesome! Came here for the first time was greeted by Stephan. Great customer service and everyone who was involved. They all worked as a team and making sure you were comfortable in the comfort of your own vehicle. I like being able to stay in my vehicle. Great value with quality service!
