Got an oil change here a couple weeks ago on my Civic. Husband mentioned that they were extremely pushy for extra services. Noticed today that my skid plate was not put on properly and got all bent up from going over a speed bump. Luckily we didn't get very far from our house, so it did not cause any further damage that we know of. We will have to buy a new skid plate and replace it thanks to these guys. Will not be returning or recommending to anybody!

Passing through Santa Fe and read that Oil Stop got great reviews and have to admit they are great and very thorough! I felt well taken care of and confident to finish my road trip! Nice staff, friendly service - thanks guys! You also get a free car wash, pretty cool.

I wish I never came here and will not continue service at this location for my cars. If you want a drive through oil change that takes 3-4 hours even when they open go here. I made the mistake of getting in line and waiting 39, then 2 cars blocked behind me so I thought I'll go with it. Otherwise go anywhere else. I have tried to come here twice and always end up with 2+ hours wasted here. I am not sure who trains the employees to be slow and put 30 minute to 1 hour services in front of each car so everyone has to wait 2-3 h... read more

First-timer to this facility and I must say I'm very impressed by the staff's professionalism and friendliness. I was helped by their associate Shawn and the site manager Miguel. Every step of the process was explained and recommendations given but never pushy. I drove home as one satisfied customer!

I recently visited Oil Stop for an oil change on my Toyota Corolla, and I couldn't be happier with the service I received. Christian, who assisted me, was exceptionally professional and friendly, greeting me with a warm smile right from the start . This place is awesome!!! They are friendly, polite, honest, welcoming, and knowledgeable. They not only did an oil change but also checked all the fluids levels, air filters, engine filters, wiper blades, air pressure on tires, and lubed car door hinges and handles all while I was sitting in my car!!! They also explained everything in details what they were doing and why they were doing it. They offered me some cold water as well since it was hot. Amazing service!!! Thank you!!! You guys rock!!!

Wow, what a great experience! I'm leaving on a trip with a lot of driving next week and wanted to get my oil changed and make sure my car was in good shape before I leave. Erik and Kevin at Oilstop were awesome! They started by offering me a cold drink, checked everything over on my car - down to tire pressure and oiling the hinges on my doors! I have never had better service when getting my oil changed and on top of it they were super nice and professional. I'm a customer for life!
