The oil change was what you'd expect, an oil change. They're always trying to upsell you on all things liquid. I think the service at this location that I've been going to for years has gone down hill. They used to do so many more inspection points, I think they have halved them. I never had to ask to have the windows cleaned, but had to this time. For a basic oil and filter change plus a $20 add on with a coupon was almost $100. I think that's way too much for the services I received.

I came here for an oil change. The service we received was exemplary! Jermel first helped us, telling us what we can expect, immediately offering a complimentary beverage, and being incredibly transparent. I appreciated the disclosure that his compensation is not commission based so I could feel more confident that they're giving honest recommendations that make sense for my car. My dad came here for an oil change and he had a horrendous experience. He mentioned that the worker slammed the hood of his car. Also ignored him while asking questions. He said it was either David U. Or Luis Z.
Went in for a quick 8,000mile oil change, no BS. Joshuah & Santiago were instantly welcoming and got right to work. Service was top notch and quick, they value your time, offer beverages and show/tell you everything they are going to do and tell you what they offer and suggest. Thanks guys!!
POOR VALUE: Starting price more than $ 20.00 higher than other local comparable (oil with wash) services in the area. Even after using their $20.00 discount, ended up paying $3.00 more than other nearby oil service at their regular price. SERVICE: Great Service Personnel but not better than other locals. AND: the whole time you are there they keep bring add ins that of course are recommended for your vehicle. They have this down to a science. Very professional, and they deliver the upsell pitches with ironic humor bordering on comedic. You stay in your car the whole time, and enjoy the free WiFi.
