Didn't have time to service my midsize diesel truck before a long summer road trip towing a travel trailer. I needed to find somewhere to do the maintenance fast when it started shifting rough through the mountains and Oilstop told me no appointment was needed. Easy to use, just drive in, pay at kiosk, but sometimes someone is there to help, then ride thru car wash. Also can park and use the vacuum to clean inside car. Quality is good for an automated wash, I guess the value is good, don't use it very often to compare with other places.
Every service was very visible and clear. Nothing felt over priced or over charged. However, they will tell you anything if it is overdue past due which was a lot. Still, once I refused to add additional service, they didn't ask twice and they didn't make me feel uncomfortable. I will recommend them to my friends and I already have.
Anthony and his team were able to take me in right away! He was informative & efficient with the service & carefully inspected the car for any other issues. I'm extremely impressed by the service I received today and will definitely be coming back!
Some months after having all my fluids replaced and a new air filter installed, I was getting service at a different shop and they discovered the air filter cover slightly ajar, allowing air to bypass the filter. And one of the two clamps holding it together was broken off and found laying beneath the filter housing. Even if the clamp was already broken (which I'm pretty sure it was not), they should have informed me and not just jammed the new filter in and leave the cover ajar with no clamp. Came here for an oil change. There are 3 lines, I was behind ONE car being serviced. They did NOT direct me to the fastest line. So 2 people who arrived later got to leave way earlier. I waited over 1.5hrs for them to complete the oil change. I'm not sure who is saying these guys are fast.. - They were NOT fast in my experience.
This is more like selling products than oil change. I came to change my oil only and the guy selling me many products.

Incredible service! We had two people come around to help us to get our tire pressure checked. They completed the service for free, asked how we were doing, and offered us a cold beverage. They were extremely kind. Although we only got a free service done, this type of customer service will have us coming back for the foreseeable future!!
